Midlothian ISD is offering for the first time the Academic Camp for Elementary (ACE) this summer. To sign up, visit the L.A. Mills Administration Building on February 23, from 6-8p, with a completed registration form and payment. Classes must have at least ten students to be held at ACE. Class sizes are limited and will be filled on first come basis. Download the flyer [PDF] for registration form, course descriptions, dates and times, fees and other additional details.
MISD's Got Talent The community is invited to watch 35 students perform in the 2nd annual MISD's Got Talent show. Elementary students will perform on February 24 and secondary students on February 25. Both shows will be located in the MHS Auditorium at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $5 and all proceeds go to the MHS Choir Department.
"The audience will be entertained by singers, dancers and even a 9-year-old magician," said David Vehon, MHS Choir Director. Watch the video!
The student calendars are exactly the same with the exception of the grading periods. The elementary calendar has four 9-week grading periods and the secondary calendar has six 6-week grading periods. View the 2012-13 calendars: Elementary | Secondary [PDF]
